Personalized Breath Runner Coaching

Want to work directly with Breath Runner to craft a running plan specific to your needs?

Breath Runner personalized coaching is designed to help athletes of any level achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Whether you’re new to running or experienced but ready to take it to the next level, we’ll work collaboratively with you to develop a customized training plan that considers your individual needs, goals, and abilities. From 5Ks to ultra marathons, even obstacle course racing (such as Tough Mudders, etc.), we can provide you with expert guidance on everything ranging from nutritional advice and season planning, to goal setting, fitness assessments, breath awareness, video run form analysis, and detailed pre- and post-race analysis. You will also enjoy unlimited email & text** support, as well as limited phone and/or video calls (usually pre-scheduled).

*Video analysis can be done either in person if you live on Long Island, NY, and appropriate prior scheduling is coordinated, or remotely, by providing video to Breath Runner.
